When faced with the challenge of refurbishing an existing pool while creating a larger patio, our team had to get creative. The existing patio could not be removed as it would compromise the pool, so we had to find a way to integrate the new patio with the old. We opted for new pavers that would seamlessly meet the existing concrete patio, and then the the patio was restored and painted to match to create a cohesive look. This allowed us to expand the patio space without disrupting the pool's foundation.

To capture the tropical oasis vibe requested by the client, we brought in Sabal Palms and Pindo Palms to create a lush, canopy-like atmosphere. We complemented the tropical trees with varied foliage plants that grow in different shapes and sized to add depth and texture, as well as grasses and perennials to add color throughout the seasons. Though the planting is just getting started, with a little time, the lushness will ensue, transforming the space into a true tropical haven. The combination of the seamless patio and the verdant, tropical-inspired plantings will create a stunning and inviting outdoor retreat for the client to enjoy.
